Description
The employer is hiring a Project Controlling Manager to oversee budgets, financial planning, project calculations, reporting, invoicing, risk management, cost forecasts, and process optimization for real estate developments. The role requires a degree in economics, civil engineering, real estate, or a comparable field, at least 3–5 years of controlling experience, strong project-calculation and financial-analysis skills, ERP and Excel experience, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The position is based in Starnberg with mobile work possible up to two days per week.
