Description
The role is responsible for developing and managing large-scale construction projects and residential or mixed-use developments, including coordination, stakeholder representation, partner leadership, project control, reporting, and transition to the use phase. It requires a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, several years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of German construction regulations and project-management tools, and strong organizational and communication skills.
