Description
The employer seeks an external project manager to lead the initial transformation phase of an ISDS initiative. The role analyzes the existing system, develops a future target state, prepares governance, organizational, process, operating-model, and tool-landscape decision-making foundations, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages dependencies, and ensures the ongoing ISDS operation during the transformation. The position requires 8–10 years of project or program leadership experience, including complex transformation, organizational reorganization, governance transformation, management-system transformation, ISO 27001, regulated-industry experience, and strong stakeholder communication.
