Hyperativa is hiring a Commercial Promotions Legal Support Specialist to provide legal, technical, and operational support for commercial promotion projects and campaigns. The role covers drafting and organizing regulations and terms and conditions, feasibility analysis, regulatory submission and approval monitoring, schedule preparation, validation of approved materials, support for customer-facing communications, and ongoing application and interpretation of promotion rules. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed higher education in a relevant field, have strong communication and reading skills, and be interested in technology and processes. The position is work-from-home and includes group life insurance and a half-day birthday off.
