Description
The Prompt Engineer will design, build, test, govern, and scale AI agent workflows for project44’s AIA Operations, covering carrier monitoring, performance tracking, exception management, escalation, and customer-specific use cases. The role partners with Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and customers; troubleshoots LLM outputs; maintains production workflows; and contributes to operational standards and team enablement. It requires 3–4+ years of transportation, logistics, carrier management, or network operations experience, hands-on AI and workflow experience, and troubleshooting experience across EDI, APIs, data pipelines, system configuration, and workflow orchestration. The role requires operating from the office five days per week.
