ISHIR is hiring a Prompt Engineer / LLM Application Developer to build application-layer features on top of large language models. The role involves designing and testing prompts and context strategies, developing full-stack LLM-powered features from frontend to API, creating reusable prompt libraries and evaluation sets, using AI coding assistants, and documenting prompt and version history. Candidates need 2–5 years of experience with recent hands-on LLM application delivery, including LLM API and prompt engineering, full-stack development with React/TypeScript and Node/Python, and experience with LLM evaluation frameworks.
