Fello is hiring an LLM Agent Engineer to design, evaluate, observe, debug, and maintain multi-agent systems that interact with real customers. The role focuses on prompt engineering, evaluation datasets and regression suites, observability, model selection, dynamic context, and production reliability across voice, text, and other channels. Candidates need hands-on production LLM experience, evaluation and observability expertise, multi-agent architecture knowledge, voice-agent experience, and strong systems thinking. The position is fully remote with flexible hours and includes health and vision insurance.
