1mind is hiring a fully remote Prompt and Context Engineer to develop prompts and context-management strategies for large language models, especially subagents in live customer conversations. The role involves designing agent architectures, routing and delegation systems, agent contracts, dialogue-platform expertise, Superhuman training, prototyping, and multimodal prompting. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant AI or LLM experience, strong prompting and API skills, basic coding ability, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 plus stock options and company-paid benefits.
