Description
The Prompting Lead will operationalize a prompting framework and scale-up plan for GDS Agentic AI use cases, develop and maintain prompts, coordinate testing and BAU integration, manage backlog and prioritization, support training and operational procedures, and report on quality and adoption. The role requires at least six years of experience in transformation, AI/ML delivery, product, or operations, along with hands-on prompt engineering or LLM-based solution experience. The minimum salary is zł182,004 annually, with permanent employment and additional benefits.
