The Props Team Lead directs an hourly, shift-based workforce that stages, tracks, and fulfills physical objects used by robots during data collection and research. The role manages request queues, inventory, staging, labeling, and QR-coding; leads and coaches team members; coordinates with researchers and operations; audits work; maintains cross-shift continuity; and varies hours across the week.
