Description
The Senior Property Coordinator manages day-to-day operations of a real estate portfolio of ambulatory and administrative facilities, including tenant and landlord coordination, maintenance and contractor services, preventive maintenance, facility inspections, lease compliance, minor capital projects, and corrective action planning. The role requires independent decision-making, strong communication and problem-solving skills, Microsoft proficiency, and a rotating on-call schedule. A high school diploma or GED and five years of business administration, legal, or real estate experience are required; an associate degree is preferred.
