Description
Thompson Thrift is hiring a Property Accountant in Indianapolis, Indiana, to prepare financial statements, review project costs, support property acquisitions and dispositions, maintain general ledger and depreciation records, resolve accounting and tax issues, process invoices and payables, assist with budgeting and reporting, manage lender and tax reporting, and prepare year-end reports and rent rolls. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least two years of similar experience, strong real estate accounting knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
