Description
The Property Accountant reports to the Property Accounting Manager and manages accounting records, rent and fund balances, receivables, general ledger reconciliations, budgets, financial reporting, and audit support for low-income housing projects and Limited Partnerships. The role coordinates with program directors, property managers, investors, regulators, and auditors and requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, three to five years of general and property accounting experience, and proficiency with automated general ledger systems. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
