The role covers property search and evaluation, negotiations with owners and agents, purchase coordination, renovation tracking, legal and utility setup, documentation, and financial reporting to stakeholders. Candidates should have real estate or customer-facing experience, CRM and project management experience, and reside in Valencia; the position offers a hybrid work model, training, meal vouchers, and private health insurance after the probationary period.
