Description
The part-time seasonal Grounds and Household Maintenance Specialist supports the preventative care, grounds, interior, and exterior maintenance of private residences in Harbor Springs, Michigan. The role requires approximately 30 hours per week during the summer and 10–20 hours per week during the winter, with possible weekend and holiday shifts. Duties include lawn and yard work, trash and household cleaning, property inspections, repairs, special-event support, and errands, while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality. A valid driver’s license is required; groundskeeping experience is preferred, and the employer provides equipment.
