Description
The Property Controller will oversee accounting operations for a growing commercial real estate portfolio, including financial closes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and cash management. The role leads Accounting Managers and property accounting staff, improves systems and workflows, supports acquisitions, and partners with executive leadership on financial modeling and investor reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of real estate accounting experience, and three years in a leadership or Controller-level role.
