Property Controller at Westgate Resorts

Westgate Resorts is hiring a Property Controller for its Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa to lead on-site resort accounting operations. The role oversees month-end close, general ledger, cash handling, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audit support; it also supervises 2–3 direct reports and partners with resort, regional, and development accounting teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience, at least seven years of month-end close or general ledger accounting experience, and accounting management experience, with hospitality or resort experience preferred.
