Castle Trust Bank is hiring an experienced Property Credit Manager for its Basingstoke office on a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day from home. The role owns complex property lending decisions under delegated authority up to £5 million, handles escalations, advises stakeholders, develops lending policy, supports governance and regulatory compliance, and performs underwriting audits and quality assurance. Candidates need strong underwriting experience in Buy-to-Let, Bridging and Specialist Residential lending, credit risk and delegated decision-making expertise, first-line risk ownership, regulatory knowledge, coaching or quality assurance experience, and strong stakeholder and analytical skills.
