MTR Corporation is hiring a property development professional in Hong Kong to oversee the planning and implementation of major property development projects, coordinate with developers and government departments, ensure compliance with land grants, development agreements, and first-hand sales requirements, support property development studies and market research, and optimize project design, build quality, and returns. The role is offered on a two-year renewable contract and requires a property-related degree, at least 12 years of experience in valuation, land, and development, recognized corporate property-professional membership, knowledge of government machinery and land administration, and property investment and marketing expertise.
