Description
PureGym is hiring a Property Development Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of extension or permanent status. The role is based in the greater Zurich area with a hybrid arrangement requiring one day per month in the Zurich office. The manager will lead architects, design managers, quantity surveyors, and other specialists through the end-to-end delivery of new and refurbished gym development projects, including feasibility, budget and capex control, approvals, third-party coordination, design standards, health and safety, and handover. The role also supports procurement activities, indirect spend, continuous improvement, and the Development function's culture.
