Description
The Assistant Director of Facilities performs cleaning, minor repairs, appliance installation, garden upkeep, equipment and system inspections, electrical checks, and safety-system troubleshooting while collaborating with workers and reporting issues to a facilities or maintenance manager. The role requires experience in a similar position, basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, CPO certification or the ability to obtain it, tool and manual-reading skills, communication and physical stamina, and a high school diploma or equivalent. It is a full-time, year-round on-site position servicing properties in Bethany Beach, with a schedule that may include holidays and weekends.
