Description
The Property Engineer oversees the day-to-day operations of a campground’s maintenance and grounds department, leading Maintenance Engineers and Groundskeepers. The role handles maintenance requests and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; develops and executes preventative maintenance programs; leads maintenance and landscaping projects; ensures safety and quality compliance; manages budgets, inventories, reports, and team performance; and supports hiring and training. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisory or higher experience in maintenance or a related field, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors, nights, weekends, and holidays.
