Akademiska Hus is hiring a Property Engineer to advise on and optimize HVAC, energy, district heating, district cooling, and steam systems across its property portfolios, particularly at Campus Solna and Campus Flemingsberg. The role involves troubleshooting, operational reliability, sustainability, renovation requirements, and cross-functional support, with the engineer based in Solna and reporting to the area department manager. Candidates need higher vocational or university education in HVAC, property/operations, or equivalent experience, several years of HVAC experience, and strong knowledge of complex HVAC systems; laboratory, HVAC design, engineering degrees, and related energy or refrigeration knowledge are advantageous.
