ONP Solicitors is hiring a full-time, permanent Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold property transactions from instruction through completion. The role involves coordinating with mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and clients; preparing contracts; analysing searches; managing risks; and meeting service-level and regulatory requirements. Candidates need experience managing their own conveyancing caseload, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to work fully remotely or from offices in Stockport, Leeds, or Cardiff.
