Description
The Canal & River Trust is hiring a Property Litigation Lawyer to provide specialist legal advice and manage property law disputes across its operational estate. The role covers title, trespass, boundary, easement, covenant, support, and nuisance disputes; advice on historic waterway legislation; coordination with external solicitors; and drafting court documents. It follows a 37-hour Monday-to-Friday pattern, is offered on a remote basis with attendance at main hub spaces as required, and pays an annual salary of £50,000.
