Description
The Facilities Maintenance Worker maintains buildings and grounds for Roppe Holding Company facilities, including landscaping, snow removal, facility and equipment maintenance, construction support, special projects, holiday decorating, and communication with supervisors. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel within a 40-mile radius, and the ability to learn and use equipment such as trucks, snow blowers, ploughs, tractors, sprayers, chainsaws, and hand tools. Landscaping, masonry, carpentry, and basic electrical and mechanical knowledge are preferred.
