The role combines general cleaning of buildings, common areas, and vacant units with minor maintenance repairs, emergency response, inspections, seasonal snow removal and landscaping, and compliance with health and safety procedures. Candidates must be fluent in French, have commercial, residential, or janitorial cleaning experience, possess maintenance and light-construction skills, work independently and in teams, and be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
