Description
The Property Maintenance Associate supports maintenance of Hive Collective properties by performing basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. The role also assists with warehouse operations, deliveries, receiving, inventory, and other business needs. It requires mechanical aptitude, tool use, troubleshooting, outdoor and rooftop work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability, and pays $24 per hour or more based on experience.
