Description
Enterprise is building a talent pipeline for a property maintenance role responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, appearance, and operational efficiency of residential communities. The position handles resident service requests, preventive and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, equipment upkeep, records, customer service, and emergency response, while guiding apprentices and porters without formal supervisory responsibility. It requires a high school diploma or GED, broad building-maintenance skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or obtaining it within 90 days), hand and power tool proficiency, communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond on call within 30 minutes.
