Description
Enterprise is hiring a property maintenance professional responsible for maintaining the physical condition, appearance, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of a residential community. The role handles resident service requests, preventive and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, landscaping, snow removal, grounds upkeep, customer service, maintenance records, and guidance for apprentices and porters. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic trade skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or ability to obtain it within 90 days), hand and power tool proficiency, communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond on call within 30 minutes.
