Description
Enterprise is hiring a property maintenance professional responsible for maintaining the physical condition, appearance, safety, and operational efficiency of a residential community. The role handles resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, painting, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, grounds upkeep, equipment maintenance, records, customer service, and guidance for maintenance apprentices and porters. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic building-trade skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days, hand and power tool proficiency, communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies within 30 minutes.
