Description
Enterprise, a national nonprofit focused on affordable housing and community development, is hiring a property maintenance professional to handle resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, grounds and common-area upkeep, safety monitoring, landscaping, snow removal, and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic building-trade skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days), tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond within 30 minutes when on call.
