Description
Enterprise is hiring a property maintenance professional responsible for maintaining the physical condition, appearance, safety, and operational efficiency of a residential community. The role handles resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, equipment upkeep, records, customer service, and emergency response, while guiding Maintenance Apprentices and Porters without formal supervisory responsibility. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic trade skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or obtaining it within 90 days), hand and power tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond on-call within 30 minutes.
