Description
Enterprise is seeking a property maintenance professional to maintain the physical condition, appearance, safety, and operational efficiency of a residential community. The role handles resident service requests, routine and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, painting and cleaning, grounds and landscaping upkeep, snow removal, dumpster-area maintenance, recordkeeping, customer service, emergency response, and guidance for Maintenance Apprentices and Porters. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days), hand and power tool proficiency, communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and on-call availability.
