Description
The Software Training Specialist will support condominium management experts in deploying a new property-management solution by conducting functional assessments, configuring business requirements, delivering remote, in-person, or video training, preparing documentation, and assisting users. The role also manages client relationships, schedules project meetings, and participates in steering committees. It requires a BTS in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management, at least five years of experience as a real estate accountant in the property-management sector, and interest in IT processes, instructional training, and hands-on work. The position is hybrid, with travel within the AURA area expected three days per week.
