Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Property Management Specialist in Kiel to manage residential and commercial properties, optimize housing stock, coordinate leasing and service providers, oversee modernization and maintenance, and provide customer advisory services. The role requires ideally real estate or real estate-business training, a bachelor’s degree in real estate management, strong German language skills, and a class B driver’s license. It is a Monday-to-Friday, 08:00–17:00 schedule with core hours of 09:00–15:00, subject to social insurance contributions, and starts immediately.
