Description
The role manages the daily operations of technical facilities, maintains building and outdoor systems, coordinates third-party construction and repair work, performs general property caretaking, conducts security inspections, provides chauffeur and errand services, and supports vehicle-fleet administration. Applicants should have a craft or technical apprenticeship or comparable qualification, practical technical skills, reliability, customer orientation, organizational ability, and a Class B driver’s license.
