11Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Brix Apartments, a 125-unit multifamily community in Walla Walla, Washington. The role manages leasing, resident retention, occupancy, revenue, expenses, maintenance, vendor relationships, resident communication, inspections, budgets, and staff supervision, while using property management software such as Yardi Voyager, CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo. The position requires at least three years of multifamily property management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and in-person work on the property. Compensation is $32 to $34 per hour plus performance bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, health savings account, retirement, rental discount, paid time off, and other benefits.
