Goldmark Property Management is hiring a Property Manager 3 to oversee the operational and financial performance of multifamily residential properties. The role manages resident relations, leasing and renewals, marketing, budgets, vendor expenses, reporting, capital projects, and team leadership. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of leadership experience, two years of financial reporting or budgeting experience, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The starting salary is $64,500 annualized, with additional experience-based compensation, and the role includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
