Phipps Houses is hiring a Property Manager for The Atlantic Chestnut Apartments in East New York, Brooklyn. The role oversees resident services, administrative and maintenance staff, budgeting, P&L performance, lease and rent administration, tenant compliance, inspections, certification readiness, and coordination with city agencies and social-service partners. Applicants must have at least three years of affordable-housing portfolio experience, supervisory experience with five or more staff, and knowledge of relevant New York regulations; an associate degree is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and Yardi Voyager, Excel, and Word proficiency are required. The salary range is $72,000–$82,000.
