11Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Heritage Grove and Peak 88 Apartments in Renton, Washington. The role manages leasing, resident retention, marketing, financial performance, maintenance, vendor relationships, resident communication, budgeting, compliance, and staff supervision. It requires at least three years of multifamily property management experience, Yardi Voyager proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and on-premises work. Compensation is $35 to $38 per hour plus performance bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
