Advanced Management Group is hiring a Property Manager to oversee a luxury residential or mixed-use property. The role manages resident retention, leasing, collections, budgets, inspections, maintenance, staff supervision, capital projects, compliance, and market analysis, while requiring extensive walking and stair climbing. Candidates need at least five years of property management experience, including three years managing a luxury, Class A residential or mixed-use asset of 150+ units or equivalent, along with customer service, communication, closing, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
