Description
The Property Manager administers and maintains all phases of community operations under the direction of a Regional Manager, including personnel leadership, leasing, maintenance, market monitoring, budget control, advertising, resident relations, rent collection, and community engagement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of residential or commercial property management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
