BGIS is hiring a full-time, permanent Property Manager to oversee a diverse state-wide portfolio of leased and owned properties across Victoria. The role manages tenancy coordination, maintenance, leases, compliance, landlord and tenant obligations, financial performance, reporting, and property transitions, while collaborating with facilities, asset, and finance teams. It is based in Melbourne CBD with a hybrid arrangement of three office days and two work-from-home days after probation, and requires ad hoc travel and site visits.
