BH Properties is hiring a full-time Property Manager in San Jose, California, to manage a select portfolio of Bay Area office and retail properties. The role reports initially to the Senior Asset Manager and is responsible for property inspections, tenant and vendor relations, lease compliance, project oversight, cost and CAM reviews, budgeting, reporting, and coordination with leasing and senior management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of broad-based commercial property management experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi experience is preferred. The position is in-person at the company’s Campbell, California office.
