Description
Colliers is hiring a Property Manager to manage commercial buildings across operations, financial activities, tenant and owner relationships, service contracts, tenant improvements, property inspections, and recommendations. The role requires 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience, knowledge of financial reporting and capital improvement projects, experience with Yardi or MRI, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Construction management and contract or leasing experience are bonus qualifications. The position is onsite, requires full-time United States work authorization, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
