Description
The Property Manager leads day-to-day operations for an assigned residential property, including resident service, leasing, renewals, collections, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, compliance, and team management. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and pays $32–$35 per hour with bonus eligibility. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of multi-family LIHTC property management experience, HUD/LIHTC experience, property management software knowledge, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license; CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification and bilingual skills are preferred.
