CRMG is hiring a full-time Property Manager for the 41-unit Oak Creek Townhomes apartment community in Eugene, Oregon. The role manages day-to-day property operations, including marketing, resident screening, rent collection, notices, reporting, agreements, and landlord-tenant compliance. The position requires on-site living, two years of customer service experience, two years of property management experience, and a high school degree or equivalent. Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with a 32.5-hour weekly schedule, benefits after 30 days, and additional stipends and reimbursements.
