Property Manager at DTN Management

DTN is hiring a Property Manager to lead a multifamily property portfolio and act as the property's CEO. The role oversees resident, team, vendor, and prospect service; coordinates team activities; manages property and capital budgets; evaluates marketing and social media campaigns; monitors local market competition; and maintains property appearance and operating standards. Candidates need a leadership track record, at least three years of property management experience, P&L management experience, attention to detail, and familiarity with Yardi, Microsoft Office Excel, and PowerPoint.
