Elders is seeking a permanent full-time Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities. The successful candidate will manage tenant relations, conduct property inspections, handle debtor management, prepare legal documentation, and collaborate with the Elders team to promote innovative offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to leveraging technology.
